In comparison, women are given the minor positions or roles due to the fact that they are seen as inferior to the men. It is the belief in most societies that men should lead. In relationship to this, it is thus important for societies to conduct leadership coaching for women so as to eliminate that stereotype. Some of the benefits of this form of training are as follows.

Creation of high profile role models for the younger girls. Young girls coming up into the challenging world need to have people they can look up to. This is very essential because the girls can aspire to climb up the ladder of success. Having a female figure in a key position can help influence the mentality of the girls to be able to see opportunities and possibilities.

Development in society is promoted. Most ladies particularly those in the poor developed nations give back to their communities in cases where they are more privileged. They help the unfortunate ones in their communities through monetary support, apprenticeship and training . They in turn become better than they were and thus offer the same support to others. Therefore, this cycle promotes socio-economic growth.

Various situations call for good and well advised decisions. It is thus the role of coaching to trigger and grow this aspect in the women since it is very essential in a leader. Leaders are expected to be well knowledgeable, offer consultation and advice where necessary. The training will hence ensure that the women become more logical in decision making thus solving situations with ease.

The rights of female personalities are more strengthened . The sense of awareness overtakes ignorance and stereotypes . They become aware of what is expected of them and their true potential. Being able to lead, be a mirror to other people and also hold a position of authority becomes a possibility. This aspect leads to equality in gender where both men and women are viewed as equal in potential and ability. A lady is likely to listen to another in a higher position as opposed to a man.

Their livelihood is improved. Basically this is derived from accessing their potential rather than looking down on themselves. Most men in positions of influence lead better lives in terms of dress code, material well-being which is a motivation to some of the females. The young girls aspire to be like their fellow ladies who occupy influential positions and lead admirable lives.

Their views, opinions and ideas get a hearing. In areas where the woman is seen as a material object, this coaching should be highly advocated for. The female gender should be allowed to show case the ideas, goals and vision it possesses . This suppresses great thoughts which could lead to development of society. The male ego should be discouraged in society . One of the way is by instilling leadership abilities in the girls at tender age.

In conclusion, it should be noted that promoting a woman into self- growth is promoting development. Coaching should be encouraged in major parts of the world to girls at a tender age. This will make them grow stronger mentally, physically and in terms of skill.
