This is very important so when your donors would want to get an idea where their donations when to, you can show them the necessary figures as proof. Keep the public in the affected areas properly informed to.

The effort that you should be exerting this time should be more on the collaborative sense. You would want to be able to offer a such input to the already going on efforts on the ground. Instead of working independently, coordinate with the other groups around. Then, you can create better, bigger impacts ad reach more people as well.
